Who do I contact with questions?

How much does shipping cost?
$11 for all orders in the continental U.S.
$25 for shipping to Canada
$40 for international shipping

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
If you placed a successful order you should receive confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after 1 hour please contact us to make sure your order went through.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and shipment, and an additional 2-4 business days for delivery. International orders take 3-6 days to arrive.  Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.

Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
All sales are final. Upon return, store credit will be issued, of which shipping costs are not applicable, and no refunds are accepted. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. On customer orders, there is a possibility of +5/-5 Tolerance in production
All claims or demands for defective merchandise must be made in writing by certified mail within 5 days of receipt goods. Failure to give such notice shall constitute unqualified acceptance and a waiver of all such claims by buyer. Written return authorization is required by the seller for returns. Any errors in items or price must be reported within 5.
Overdue accounts subject to service charge of 2% per month. No refund or exchanges. Terms and conditions subject to change at any time.  No returns excepted without proper authorization by seller (subject to 20% transactional fee of order).

Declined credit card?
We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days. For a more accurate timeline we suggest contacting your bank, as they are the ones responsible for clearing those charges.
